Valtilon acquires and manages land and rooftop positions for owners across Europe — a clear, long-term counterpart for the ground beneath your assets.
Companies, municipalities, real estate managers, institutions and private owners across Europe.
Ground lease buyouts, sale-leasebacks, land banking and portfolio deals — always aligned with whether you want capital, a cleaner balance sheet, or a simpler long-term setup.
Existing leases stay in place; Valtilon becomes the landowner and your single point of contact for operators.
Focused on land, and on the assets built on top of it. Valtilon is a European land and infrastructure aggregator applying a consistent standard to every site we manage.

Your land position holds long-term value that is currently locked in periodic rent. A transaction with Valtilon converts that value into immediate capital, available for investment, operations or new projects.
Land under infrastructure is often not part of your core business. Selling to Valtilon is a clean way to divest, while operators continue their activities without disruption.
If you manage multiple sites with different operators and lease structures, Valtilon can acquire part or all of your portfolio in a coordinated transaction — fewer counterparties, less admin, one relationship with your land positions.
Not every situation calls for an outright sale. We are open to creative structures, from asset management support to tailored arrangements. If you are not sure whether we can help, it is still worth a conversation.

You tell us about your land, rooftop or infrastructure position and your objectives. We review the details and share a clear indication of what a transaction with Valtilon could look like.
Together, we structure a proposal that fits your goals — for example an outright sale, a sale-leaseback, a portfolio transaction or a tailored arrangement.
The transaction will be completed and ownership of the land will be transferred to Valtilon. Valtilon becomes the landowner and primary point of contact for operators.
A local authority sold a portfolio of telecom tower sites to Valtilon, freeing up capital for investments in public facilities, while operators continued their services without interruption.
A company held a broadcast or telecom tower site that no longer fit its core activities. Valtilon acquired the site in a structured transaction, enabling a clean exit and a clear one-off return.
An organisation with several infrastructure sites wanted fewer counterparties and less administration. Valtilon consolidated the positions into a single agreement, becoming the long-term landowner for all sites.
Valtilon acquires and manages the land beneath digital and energy infrastructure across Europe, including land under telecom towers, solar fields, fibre networks, data centres, digital billboards, and EV charging stations. Valtilon works with landowners and operators to create long-term, stable land ownership.
Existing leases remain in place. Operators continue their activities without disruption under the same conditions. Valtilon becomes the new landowner and primary point of contact for operators.
Valtilon works with private owners, companies, municipalities, real estate managers, agricultural businesses, churches, foundations, and institutions that hold land or rooftops with infrastructure on them. Valtilon also partners with telecom operators, energy companies, and other infrastructure operators.
Valtilon is active across 4 European countries, managing over 300 locations and 500 operator contracts. The company has been operating since 2015.
The process has four steps: (1) share your situation and objectives, (2) Valtilon analyses and prepares a clear proposal, (3) walk through and agree the structure and terms together, (4) transaction completes, payment is made, and Valtilon takes over as landowner.
We are happy to explore the options with you.
