Sale-leaseback

You sell ownership to Valtilon but retain use or access rights to your land or building where relevant. This frees up capital while keeping continuity for your operations.

Portfolio or multi-site transaction

If you hold several sites, we can structure a coordinated transaction across multiple locations and operators, so you deal with one process and one counterpart.
