We look after the ground, so others can build on it.
Valtilon aggregates and manages land positions under digital and energy infrastructure — with one consistent approach across the markets where we operate.
Where the name comes from.
Valtilon is rooted in the Latin vallis (valley, foundation, the ground beneath) combined with telos — purpose and long-term vision. It reflects what we do: we hold and manage the foundation digital networks rely on, with a steady, long-term lens.
A clear role, with room for creative investment.
Valtilon specialises in acquiring and aggregating land positions beneath towers, cables, solar sites, billboards and charging infrastructure. Where it strengthens the long-term setup for both sides, we also invest selectively in assets on top of that land. Every mandate we accept has to meet the same bar on diligence, transparency and governance.
Built around long-term relationships and practical solutions.
Deals start from your situation — capacity, timing and risk — not from a fixed menu on our side. We say openly what we buy, what we pay for it and what changes once we own the land. Most counterparties only close this kind of transaction once; we take time on structure and wording so you understand what you sign. For operators, our role is equally plain: stable ownership under the contracts they depend on.
